Get the best Training! STA Training Group Arizona's Best!

Even though I have military training, you need to keep your edge up and stay on top of your game. Find a company that excels on training professionals at all levels and start with the basic courses. I found this company STA Training Group to be one of the most professional I have ever seen to date. They use only the best instructors such as Marine Snipers, Law Enforcement Instructors and professionals that have skills in their career field. The one aspect that puts them ahead of anyone else is their huge amount of courses that range from hand gun, sniper, carbine, defensive, go bag, low light, McMillian rifles, night fighter, optics, survival, shot gun and even get certified as a POF - Glock armorer and so much more. Besides giving you the best training you will ever receive is their ability to maintain safety. If you want to keep your edge contact STA today.

Let's talk about Concealed Weapons (CCW)

img

I have a lot of people ask me why I should get a CCW when I can carry a concealed weapon legally without a CCW "In AZ". Well "my opinion" even though I have LE training, as a civilian now I need to know the rules / laws of what I can and cannot do in my state. The course also helps you understand what states you can carry concealed weapons with your AZ CCW, very helpful when travelling.

Are you a hunter? Become part of a club! Safari Club International (SCI)

img

Living in AZ and want to go hunting or learn about some adventures. Try looking up this club, there are 3 chapters in Arizona, I belong to the SCI Northern Chapter. One of the best features about hunting is passing on that information to our children. Teach them safety and the skills needed and at the same time teach them why people need to hunt.

Silent Warrior Scholarship Fund

img

As I stated above, "I am AF military retired" I came across this site and found it is very interesting. It has a narrow range for who can receive these funds but when you look at the category of soldier I think it is very deserving. After 24 years of Air Force service I have only been shot at 3 times. These Marines run directly into hostile actions, "that's their life" and they have a greater chance to lose their lives, so I support these types of scholarships!

The Silent Warrior Scholarship Fund was set up by Reconnaissance Marines in memory of their fallen brothers.

Need a Knife? This one has a life time warranty!

img

A Marine Sniper "Jerod" designed an original one of a kind SNIPER Knife. It is a one of a kind tool, it can tell you the distance of someone 200, 300 and 400 Meters away, a tool slot, screw driver and a ruler to measure foot prints, "if you need to track someone." It comes with an hardened case and a soft case. I keep mine in my car, I have owned several knifes but this one will last forever and I never need to carry extra tools with me. Click here to make purchase.

Survival Kits - Who needs a survival kit? Everyone. This is just one quick site!

img

Here's the story, people are either pro or con on survival kits. The answer is neither! Everyone should have one in their car and should be in a backpack. Why, if you ever get into an accident along the road, someone gets hurt or theirs a natural disaster you have what you need to get by. Here's what I carry, flash lights yes 2, extra batteries, first aid kit with extra blood clotting powder, tourniquets, knife, flares, water filter, lighter, some snacks and a few tools. I am in the process of writing up a document and checklist for survival and survival kits. Survival kits can be costly, you can start slow and build up over a period of time and make it work for you. I don't carry poncho's, "I live in AZ" however if I lived in Florida I would. Make them unique for you.
